About Surviving Female

Life is weird.

One minute you're researching the best magnesium supplement. The next you're explaining to your kid why cereal counts as dinner. Somewhere in between you're wondering if it's anxiety, hormones, childhood trauma, or just Tuesday.

Welcome.

Surviving Female is a place for honest writing, useful tools, and the occasional existential crisis.

You'll find essays about shame, mental health, OCD, depression, perimenopause, and rebuilding a life — basically the greatest hits of what people quietly Google at 2:00 a.m.

You'll also find apps, worksheets, and little things I build because if I needed them, I figured someone else probably does too.

The goal isn't to fix your life.

It's to make surviving it feel a little less lonely—and maybe even make you laugh once in a while.

About Me

I'm Tiffany.

I write about the things I'd rather not admit in public... then publish them anyway.

My corner of the internet includes shame, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, hormones, perimenopause, rebuilding after life's plot twists, and trying to become a functioning adult without losing my sense of humor.

Somehow, I also end up writing about mint plants, reality TV, parking, my family, and whatever ridiculous thing happened this week.

When I'm not writing, I'm usually building something—a tiny app, a worksheet, or a toolkit for a problem I got tired of solving the hard way.

Nothing here is about having life figured out.

I'm just documenting the process while making useful stuff along the way.
